Shipping time

Orders are shipped by the Will-B Stickers team from our workshop. The average shipping time for each product is 2 working days. With some exceptions, products are made and shipped the same day if you place your order before 11am.


Types of delivery

Will-B Stickers delivers your stickers worldwide.

Delivery in France (including Corsica) is provided by the service of La Poste. A reliable and fast service (72h) that will deliver your orders to your home or workplace, and for more convenience, will drop them off at the nearest post office if you are away. 

Delivery in other areas of the world is ensured by Colissimo of La Poste, one of the world leaders in shipping. Delivery will be made within 48 to 72 hours, depending on the country.

To receive your order as soon as possible, we recommend that you have your order delivered to an address where you are present during the day (your workplace for example), or to make sure that someone can receive the package for you (your concierge for example).


Origin and condition of the product upon receipt

The stickers are produced in our workshop and then checked by our quality department and are always shipped in new condition. The products are of course checked before shipping. If you receive a product in a condition that you are not satisfied with, do not hesitate to send it back to us for exchange or refund.


Returns & exchanges

An item ordered is not the right size, or does not suit you?

No problem, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt, you will be refunded as soon as possible once the expertise made by the team.

If you wish to return an item, send us an email explaining your situation.

The returned stickers must be in good condition and in their original packaging, in a bubble envelope or in a parcel; they must not show any trace of use, and be accompanied by all their possible accessories. Only after we have verified that these conditions are met will we be able to proceed with the refund of this or these items.
